Home Pricing – Properly pricing a home is critical to success in selling.  Market knowledge and vast experience allow Joy and Lynn to assist their sellers in determining the appropriate listing price.  You will be presented with a competitive market analysis, comparing your home’s features and benefits with “the “competition”.

Skilled Negotiator- We ask the right questions, are active listeners and probe to clarify issues. Strong negotiators try to understand what the other side wants so they can develop a solution that satisfies all parties. We will think outside of the box, exploring many options for a successful resolution.

Home Staging- We offer presentation suggestions with little or no out of pocket money for our sellers. You do not get a 2nd chance to make a great 1st impression! If the home is vacant or more extensive staging is recommended we can refer you to an expert in the field…proven results time and time again. The cost of the staging is always less that the first price reduction. The goal is to avoid that reduction by offering an irresistible combination of pricing and presentation.
