Joy Daniel
Joy began her passion for Residential Real
Estate after careers in the airline and
banking industries. She served as On-Board
Leader for Delta Airlines, earning
recognition for superior customer service.
Joy was a consumer and commercial loan
officer and also managed the credit
department for a local bank. She is proud to
be an honor graduate of Texas Tech
University with a BBA in finance.
Although Joy is a native of West Texas she
has lived and done extensive traveling
throughout the United States. Her husband
Brant owns and operates the Apple Tree Café
and Bakery in Lubbock. Their son Nick
attends Texas Tech University, and their
daughter Alexa attends Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
The family’s church home is Indiana Avenue
Baptist, and they enjoy traveling, camping,
and golfing together.

Lynn
Tisdale
Lynn earned her BBA in Finance from West
Texas State University and continued her
education through classes in counseling in
the Master’s Program at Texas Tech
University. She entered Residential Real
Estate in 1993 after spending six years in
Commercial Property Management. Lynn’s real
estate education is extensive, as evidenced
by her Broker’s license and multiple
designations- GRI (Graduate Real Estate
Institute), CRS (Certified Residential
Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s
Representative), and CNHS (Certified New
home Specialist).
Lynn and her husband Steven are natives of
the West Texas town of Littlefield. Steven
is the owner/ operator of Collision King
Repair Center. They have been blessed with
two wonderful girls~ Claire and Hannah. The
family is active at Indiana Avenue Baptist
Church and loves traveling, camping and
hunting. You are also very likely to find
Lynn on the tennis courts.
